Saturday Challenge

My friend Paige from Artsy Anthropology has made many an appearance on this blog.  She's guest posted and done giveaways and been sitting over in the sponsor area pretty much from the beginning.  Inspired to do something positive with her blogging and inspire the rest of us she's begun The Saturday Challenge link up and designed a cute button for it too.  I'm a sucker for a cute button!

Artsy Anthropology

So here are this week's challenges and my attempts at them. Keep in mind I'm pretty headachy and cranky this afternoon.

1. Say something nice about 2 different people that you've met through blogging, shop ownership, etc..
How can I help but mention Paige here since she was one of my first bloggy friends and has always been so supportive.  She also makes the most adorable little bags and things in her shop.  They are top quality and you can feel the love and effort when you hold one.
From one of my first bloggy friends to pretty much my most recent one- Sarah from All Things Blogs is a sweetheart with a love of pom poms and washi tape who's just had a blog make over.

2. Do something nice for a complete stranger, doesn't have to be big or expensive.
This one I think I'm going to need a little time on today. I'm not exactly surrounded by complete strangers here at my house.

3. Say something good about yourself.
I have a highly developed sense of responsibility. I honestly want to do the right thing and the best thing and help others if at all possible. Sometimes it can lead to me being a stress case which Husband says is not helping him out at all!

4. Be thankful for something.
Today I am thankful for this video. It is my happy place. Sharing it with as many possible might just be my way of helping a complete stranger today. Seriously, watch it and try not to feel warm and fuzz.

5. Do something that scares you, that you've been putting off or that you normally wouldn't because other people think it's "not like you"... Maybe I can use this as an excuse to just not clean the house today. I have a compulsive need to make sure the house is cleaned every weekend. I think this one could be dangerous cause I might also use it as an excuse to tell someone that I'm pretty ticked off with them. I generally like to keep the peace and not ever have anyone not like me... but I have half a mind to right now!
